Confidence Coach and Mentor

Over the past five years, I have embarked on a profound journey of transformation and growth.

Previously, a lack of confidence and courage prevented me from living the life I desired and becoming the person I was meant to be.

I struggled mentally, battled an eating disorder, and faced financial debt. I had no boundaries, worked in jobs I disliked, and endured unfulfilling relationships. I didn't know my worth or value myself as enough leading to having little self-respect meaning I allowed others to mistreat me too.

As an young adult I was struggling with relationships, emotions and daily functioning, after a long process I was diagnosed with ADHD.

However, through self-love techniques, meditation, establishing routines, affirmations, and a strong belief in myself, I have gained confidence, peace, and boundaries.

I have learned to care for and respect myself, to say no while remaining kind, to have confidence in myself and to manage my finances and debt, positive self image and love for my self.

I have also learned to connect with others authentically and to embrace my true self.

I am dedicated to transforming and empowering women to become the most confident versions of themselves through techniques, self-love and self-care. As a coach it is my passion to help other's to live their most fulfilled life and achieve all of their desires!
